Mississippi’s medical cannabis industry deserved real infrastructure, real opportunity, and real people willing to put in the work to help build it correctly.
What started as helping individuals navigate work permits and connect with opportunities quickly grew into something much larger.
As the industry expanded across Mississippi, so did the demand for dependable staffing, operational support, hands-on training, and trusted connections. Businesses needed workers who were prepared. Applicants needed guidance. Facilities needed movement.
Herbal Solutions Staffing became the bridge between all three.
Our roots come from hard work, persistence, networking, and understanding the operational side of the industry from the ground up. We built relationships throughout cultivation, processing, post harvest, transportation, dispensary operations, and workforce development by staying involved and staying consistent.
Every placement, every training session, every business relationship, and every opportunity helped shape the foundation of who we are today.
